Terms of Service

1. The Service

Pifr is a tool that helps sales teams track, compute and prove their commissions and payouts. Pifr calculates commissions from the data you provide and helps you keep a record of what has been paid.

Pifr does not move, hold or disburse money. We are not a bank, a payment processor or a financial institution. Payouts are tracked and logged, not executed by Pifr. Any actual collection of payments is handled by third-party processors such as Stripe. You remain solely responsible for paying your team.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you own or administer an organization, you are responsible for your team members' access and use.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
• We may change prices with prior notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that data solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including confirming that you have the right to add any personal information about your team members or clients.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service without our permission;
• disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• upload content that infringes the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by SIMONB HOLDING LLC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the right to use the Service as intended.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Commission figures and balances are computed from the data you provide and are for tracking and informational purposes. You are responsible for verifying them and for the actual payments made to your team.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIMONB HOLDING LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIMONB HOLDING LLC from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Mexico.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
