• Data you enter: the information you and your team add to the Service, such as team members, clients, deals, payments, commissions and payouts.
• Payment information: when you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; we keep a customer and subscription identifier to manage your plan.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and cookies necessary to operate the Service.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• provide, operate and maintain the Service;
• authenticate you and secure your account;
• compute and display commissions, balances and payouts;
• send transactional emails (invitations, notifications, receipts);
• provide support and respond to your requests;
• improve the Service and prevent fraud or abuse;
• comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. We may also use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the Service is used. We do not use cookies to sell your data or for third-party advertising.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate confidentiality obligations:

• Supabase (database, authentication and storage);
• Vercel (application hosting);
• Stripe (subscription billing and payment processing);
• Resend (transactional email delivery).

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When your account or organization is deleted, we delete the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

We protect your data with row-level access controls, encryption in transit and strict tenant isolation, so each organization can only access its own data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.

7. Your rights

8. International users

Pifr is operated from the United States and uses providers located in the United States and the European Union. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your information in these locations.

9. Children

Pifr is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us.
